THE AUDITOR GENERAL: PAMELA D.M. MONROE ELLIS , F.C.C.A., F.C.A., CISA Mrs. Pamela Monroe Ellis joined the Auditor General’s Department in 1997. She served in several senior positions including Divisional Director of Audit (Deputy Auditor General) prior to her appointment as Auditor General in April 2008. Mrs. Ellis is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Mrs. Ellis is currently a member of the Integrity Commission, The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption and the Government of Jamaica Audit Commission. She currently serves on the Public Sector, Audit Practice and Investigation Committees of the ICAJ. She attended St. Andrew High School for Girls and her hobbies include interior decorating, listening to music, reading and sightseeing. |
